An old pool given a complete makeover (we literally demolished the entire pool and built a new one).  The new pool was raised above ground level to be more a part of the extensive patio, the rimflow, and Poolcrete Marine Blue plaster adding an extra special touch. 

12m by 4m rimflow pool with a rimflow on three sides.  Pre cast white cement coping with 48mm x 48mm glass mosaic tiles.  The internal finish is Charcoal marble plaster.

Traditionally rimflow pools overlook a drop off or view.  This is an unusual pool in that respect as it is a rimflow pool in a level garden, but is nonetheless still very effective.  This especially when viewed from the reverse or garden side.

The construction of the pool was also out of the ordinary as the garden was originally approximately 2 metres lower than the pool deck level.  The pool shape was therefore formed out of shutterboard (see alternative images) with the filling hapening around the completed pool shell. 

10m by 5 m Gunite swimming pool with rimflow channel on the deep end.  The rimflow channel was made wide and deep enough to act as the conservancy tank and no external tank storage was required.
