Both of these entities are independent bodies which have been established with the aim of improving the quality of installations and service in the
fireplace and swimmingpool sectors of the building industry.
They offer the consumer peace of mind that they are dealing with a reputable company and also offer some recourse should any promises not be adhered to.

We have largely resisted the trend towards the exclusive use of sub-contractors for all of our installations.
We have over 20 full time employees who go out from our offices every day,
in our own branded vehicles, to do the installations for the pools and fireplaces we have in progress.
We see them every morning and evening to both direct them in their days work and perhaps more importantly,
debrief them on their return to the yard in the evening.
Two of our installation team leaders have been with us for over 20 years and our installation teams share more than 60 years of experience between them
and are completely trustworthy to be left in your home on their own without supervision.

This old fashioned work ethic gives us a real edge in being able to offer a seamless process from start to finish,
which ultimately has a positive effect on the quality of our installations.
While we do use sub-contractors to fill in the gaps which inevitably occur,
as well as for certain specialist installations,
we have a long association with these providers and are confident in their ability to deliver work to the high standard we aspire to.
