Designed by well known Cape Town Architect Greg Wright, the four units are understated in style and appearance yet offer the very best in terms of finishes.

MacD was involved in the design and completion of the four swimming pools as well as the installation of stainless steel flueless gas fireplaces.

The pools were a particular challenge due to the limited space available and requirement that each have glass edges and rimflows.  The photos perhaps more eloquently illustrate the uniqueness of this project.

MacD was awarded the contract for the completion work to the 5 structural swimming pools.  To keep track with the exclusivity of the address the pools have top end features such as glass rimflow edges, fully tiled rimflow conservancy tanks, high quality LED lighting and ultra quiet filtration equipment.  Being suspended the waterproofing of the pools has been given lots of attention and there are three systems in place to ensure the structures remain watertight.

The internal finish is a double layer of fibreglass lining to both aid with the waterproofing aspect and to give a low maintenance long lasting finish.
